Re: Tingshu’s Massachusetts Garden
Tingshu: one word — STUNNING! What a lovely garden. A feast for the eyes. The photo showing the knock-out rose resembles Monet’s garden. The colours are amazing, as is your photography. Thank you as well for the tip of getting a head start with the Canna Lily. I shall try that next year. One of the prettiest gardens I have ever seen. Thank you for sharing.

Re: Stars in Keith’s Garden
I must admit I was impressed with the beautiful flowers you have grown after viewing the map and seeing how far north Oxdrift. Ontario is (I am in Toronto and that is cold enough). I made note of the “Gazania” and will drop that into my gardening folder and purchase that next spring. I am wondering if the Iochroma is the same flower as is shown in the bridal bouquet photo I am attempting to attach.

Re: Trees in Tingshu's Backyard
This garden could be entitled “Reach Out and Punch Me!” Wow. What beautiful vibrant colours. Just amazing and the introduction of the periwinkle blue fence set amongst that sea of colours, Amazing! Thank you for allowing us to see this breathtaking garden.

Re: A Year of Bouquets From the Garden
What a wonderful idea to focus on cut flowers from the garden, thereby getting double duty from the blooms! I loved the bouquets and also admire your spirit in detailing your social activities with the beautiful bouquets in hand for the lucky recipients.

Re: First Signs of Spring in Indiana
Joseph, I really enjoyed your posting of those plants. The pink Helleborus is a show-stopper! I did not know there was such a thing as a larger Snowdrop but will try and buy that. The Reticulata Iris is stunning — but nothing could come close to the Pulmonaria, with the colours of pink and blue. Thanks for showing us your spring garden. Such a happy time of year.

Re: The Walshes’ Garden in Ontario, Part 2
Fellow Canadian from Toronto here to say your trees and shrubs are breathtaking. Our growing season is shorter than our neighbours in the more southern states but we surely enjoy it when that occurs. I came to the conclusion that It is hard to comment on just one photo as each one is fantastic in its own right however I think Beech trees are amazing with their colouring, partiuclarly this weeping Beech. Thanks for posting this beautiful garden. Outstanding.

Re: Joseph’s Favorite Daffodils
I just love the Geranium Daffodil shown here. That bright orange centre screams out WELCOME SPRING! I normally try and buy all my bulbs with early blooming as I am so excited that the spring has arrived; however the Geranium variety will be a welcome addition.

Re: Underrated Flowers of Spring
Joseph, these spring flowers are really amazing. I will save this article as there are too many beauties to merely jot down in my gardening notebook! This is a great education for me as I have hardly heard of any of the plants shown. I would have to say the “Bluets” are my favourite. I hope I can order some of these wonderful spring flowers on-line. Thanks for sharing your spring garden with us. Such a happy time of the year for a gardener.

Re: A SoCal Gardener in the Pacific Northwest
Jo Ann, your garden is just out of this world. I loved viewing every part of it. I can understand why you love sitting in the centre of it all and ‘gazing.’ My favourite picture was that of the entrance to the garden. I could look at that constantly it is so beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing such a spectacular garden.
