Re: A Profusion of Pink in Maine
I am tickled pink! I, too, enjoy watching the bees and other magical creatures that bring a garden to life. A native pink Joe-Pye Weed would attract more to your garden - not necessary as your garden is lovely! - but I am always on the lookout for bee-attracting suggestions and thought perhaps you would be, too.

Oh, thank you! I will be visiting Madison this fall and would love to stop at this gem of a garden.

Re: Rich Soil and Sturdier Blooms
What a savvy gardener you are! Love "weeder's eye view!" Your soil amendments really do reward! The Datura is gorgeous and love, love, love the bath — how clever of you to play off its wonderful color.

Re: Gardening in an Extreme Environment
Wonderful! Gardeners in all the wrong places but you have grit! I can't imagine what it must be like to see wild horses pass through your sanctuary. Love the beachy accents. Great plantings!

Re: Every Cloud Has a Silver Lining
A true tropical oasis — I am in love! I have to clarify if this is before or after Irma??? I don't see any setbacks, just beauty. I would love to chat with you at that little bistro table over coffee (or wine). I have lucked out with some property north of you and cannot wait to establish my own little tropical garden although I am in Z9. Tropical for me as I am used to Z4! Your garden inspires! Turns out I have already liked your FB page LOL.

Re: Nectar Rich Flowers Attract Pollinators in Wisconsin
Wonderful! The zinnias seemed especially stunning this year. Those butterflies are in the know! I love the tree stump in your design. It seems your tree still gives. Not quite sure that you miss it much, though (; That sure is a way to turn lemons into lemonade!

Re: A Year Round Garden in Central Texas
LOVE! There is nothing like fresh vegetables and greens from the garden. At my winter home we joined a community garden and I am looking forward to growing spinach, arugula, kale and collards all winter but I think things grow bigger in Texas? Happy gardening and eating!

Re: Part 2: Eye Catching Container Gardens from British Columbia
Such creativity! I love the antler and sea fan accents in the succulent planters which so often remind me of coral and the sea. The hanging planter with the sweet potato vines and the "ruffle" is exquisite!! I have to confess I have one of those tentacle pots because, how can one not? I love it! And yes, succulents grow in it. I might have to add to my collection ...
